Rainwater Systems

Alumasc is the market leading producer of BBA certified aluminium and cast iron rainwater systems. Suitable for modern, traditional and historical architecture, the range is available in a wide range of colours and styles and includes:

• Polyester coated Heritage traditional aluminium gutters, Aqualine Secret-fix aluminium gutters, GX high capacity box section gutters and Apex standard and bespoke cast iron gutters.
• Downpipes in Heritage traditional socketed aluminium, Flushjoint contemporary aluminium, Guardian security aluminium and Apex traditional cast iron, aluminium and cast iron hopper heads are also available.
• Skyline aluminium integrated fascias, soffits and copings in bespoke designs and colours are also available to coordinate with or replace existing installations.

Drainage Systems

Alumasc has a renowned and extensive range of Harmer drainage products that are suitable for a wide variety of rainwater handling and building drainage applications. Products are ideal for use within retail, industry, hospitality, medical, residential and leisure sectors for roof drainage and internal drainage requirements.

Waterproofing

Alumasc is a specialist supplier of class leading BBA certified flat roof and structural waterproofing systems that are engineered to suit applications of any scale. The range includes:

• Hydrotech lightweight and Derbigum GC heavy weight structural waterproofing membranes

Metal Roofing

The Armaseam metal sheet roofing system is suitable for any type of roof and is available in various alternative materials, which when incorporated with Skyline and Eavesline fascia/soffit systems, provide unique and distinctive roofscapes. A range of specialist pre-fabricated products for roof perimeters and insulated gutters offer a complete all metal roofing solution.

Facades

Alumasc specialises in the design and creation of a range of facade systems which give buildings a unique and distinctive look. Facade systems offer thermal efficiency and are available in a range of silicone, mineral and polymer-modified decorative render finishes.

System options include:

• External Wall Insulation Systems are available with a choice of insulating materials and render facings for all types of commercial and residential projects. Swistherm and Swisrail are suitable for new build applications and Swisslab and Swisspan are suitable for refurbishment applications.
• Render Only Systems are for direct application to solid walls or used as part of an Alumasc EWl system. Silicone and mineral contemporary renders are also available with rolled or dragged surface textures and traditional polymer renders in plain, spar-dashed and brick effect finishes
• Specialist Brick Slip Cladding Systems are designed to be used in conjunction with EWl systems for a real brick look
• Decorative Silicone Facade and Masonry Paints are offered for the final finish in a wide variety of colour options

Green Roofs

A green roof is essentially a garden on a roof, fully installed with living plants. ZinCo green roofs have a positive effect on the environment and are visually attractive, require little maintenance, extend roof life by protecting against UV radiation and weather. They provide habitats for wildlife, improve building insulation and air quality, release oxygen and water vapour, reduce sound transmission and help with the attenuation of storm water.

Options include:

• ZinCo Extensive lightweight green roof with a shallow substrate for planting sedum rockery and alpine plants
• ZinCo Biodiverse lightweight green roof is planted with vegetation when laid
• ZinCo Semi Intensive green roof can incorporate shrubs and woody plants with access for recreational use
• ZinCo Intensive green roof has many features of an urban park, with recreational areas and habitats for wildlife, incorporating a wide range of plants, trees and shrubs
