Ancon designs and manufactures a wide range of steel fixings for use in masonry and concrete construction. Our engineers liaise with designers and contractors on a daily basis, advising on the most cost-effective and practical construction solutions. The company supplies clients in a variety of sectors including housing, commercial and infrastructure.
Products include bed joint reinforcement, masonry support systems, wall ties, windposts and lintels.
Complete masonry support systems and restraint systems can be designed to suit your project, then manufactured and delivered to site to suit your build schedule. Other services include masonry panel design and free Continuing Professional Development seminars.
Products for structural concrete include reinforcing bar couplers, reinforcement continuity systems, punching shear reinforcement, shear load connectors and insulated balcony connectors.
Ancon can also produce special stainless steel fabrications to meet the requirements of any application and any industry including water treatment and petrochemical.
Ancon’s head office and main manufacturing site is located in Sheffield, the city world renowned as the traditional centre of the stainless steel industry. The company has three manufacturing sites in the UK and overseas businesses in mainland Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
