Bottle Alley Glass is a specialist in the design and manufacturer of beautiful and unique recycled glass products. Based in Battle, Surrey, the company produces recycled glass products such as tiles, lighting diffusers, architectural glass, art glass, worktops and splashbacks to domestic and commercial customers, architects and designers throughout the UK.

In the UK around 3.6 million tonnes of glass is used annually, and it is estimated that 2.5 million tonnes of this is buried in land-fill sites. Bottle Alley Glass products are manufactured completely from glass recovered from domestic and commercial waste and are suitable for interior and exterior uses.

Recycled glass is an environmentally friendly product that can be recycled indefinitely, whilst still retaining its original quality. Recycling glass has benefits which include:

Products

Bottle Alley Glass products are manufactured using cullet, which is the process of transforming waste glass for re-use. The cullet is thermally formed into new glass, then finished using processes including cutting, edge polishing, fusing and kiln forming, decorative, sandblasting and laminating, making the material suitable for various applications including:

• Worktops and splashbacks for kitchens and bathrooms

• Lighting diffusers for a subtle lighting effect

A wide variety of standard sizes and colours are available to order, with a selection of different thicknesses and colourways. A bespoke design service is available from the specials department, producing items to individual designs and specifications however all products are individual due to the variations in the texture and colour of the glass.
