Euro Clad Company Profile

Established in 1981, Euroclad is based in Cardiff and has grown into the UK's largest independent manufacturer and supplier of steel and aluminium profiled metal roofing and wall cladding. The company has established a widely respected reputation for the quality of both products and service with architects, contractors, building designers and home owners.

With over 25 years experience in the field of roofing and cladding, Euroclad has a wide variety of products for applications such as wall and roof cladding profiles, roof liner profiles, structural decks and trays, standing seam roof systems, rainscreen facades, flashings and rooflights. Product applications include commercial, healthcare, leisure, educational, warehousing, retail, industrial, residential and refurbishment projects.

Products

All Euroclad products are manufactured to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004 standards. The product range is not only functional, but aesthetically pleasing and flexible and is available in a vast array of colours and materials and includes:

  • Elite Systems: These roof and cladding systems are designed and guaranteed to last for twelve or twenty five years. Used as an alternative to foam core composite panels, these systems are simple to install and offer designers complete flexibility, with excellent air tightness, fire resistance and acoustic performance.
  • Wall Cladding Profiles: With a wide crest and narrow trough feature, these wall cladding profiles give an aesthetically pleasing look. The cladding can be fixed either horizontally, vertically or diagonally and can be curved to incorporate curved eaves and corners. These profiles can be manufactured to any angle and fit any building.
  • Roof Cladding Profiles: Suitable for most roof applications, in a range of light colours which are more fade resistant and have reduced movement due to temperature changes. For curved eaves and ridge details, trapezoidal profiles can be curved, self curving barrel vault roofs can also be accommodated subject to the profile type and curve radius.
  • Roof Liner Profiles: Designed for use with and matched to external profiled sheets, these steel liners are in sizes 0.4, 0.5 and 0.7mm gauges, heavier gauges are also available on request. Euroclad roof liners meet the requirements of the Construction Design and Management Regulations.
  • Structural Decks: Used for supporting secret fix or standing seam outer skin roof products on high performance roof installations. These structural decks offer flexibility for the designer and can be convex, concave or tapered curve elevations and are class 1 fire rated.
  • Structural Trays: Designed as a structural support for slate, tile, profiled roof and wall systems, providing a weatherproof envelope on a roof that allows for internal building work to start sooner and therefore improving building construction times. The structural trays are Class 1 fire rated and a vast range of gauges, finishes and materials are available for various applications.
  • Standing Seam Roof Profile: Manufactured in various metals and finishes, with aluminium being the most cost effective option, standing seam roof systems are designed to zip up the rolled side lap over supporting halters whilst allowing for thermal expansion.
  • Secret Fix Roof Profile: This system halts the chance of roof leaks through the roof sheets by mechanical fixing the underlap of the profile into the roof profile. The SF500 system is used on low pitch roof applications and is simple and fast to install and offers continuity of finish, colour and material.
  • Rainscreen Facades: Designed as an external weather resistant decorative building skin that maintains a ventilated and well drained cavity. This can be fitted to an existing structure or added in the primary stages of a build and eliminates condensation and structural decay.
  • Flashings: A large choice of flashings are available and basic shapes are ridge, eaves and internal eaves closures, corner, drip/cill, jamb, barge/verge, apron, cap, closure, gutter, gutter drip and head flashing.
  • Spacer Bar Systems: Available in Euroclad Extra Mast and Eurobar Extra, these masts are used to support twin skin cladding systems.
  • Rooflights: Available through Brett Martin Daylight Systems, Euroclad's chosen partner supplier, rooflight systems used by Euroclad include Trilite, Triliteultra, Triliteultra Liner, Safelight and Cleartherm.

Euroclad prides itself on the reputation for the quality of the products and service, consistently offering prompt and reliable delivery and lead times.
