Over the last few years the UK government has placed a lot of emphasis on environmentally friendly building practices. Timber frame manufacture and supply is one of the most cost effective, energy efficient and environmentally conscious ways to build your home.

High Value Timber Frame provide a full service ranging from simple roof truss design and installation to bespoke design, manufacture and construction of a full timber frame building.

Services

Roof Trusses

We design, manufacture and install all kinds of roof trusses. Timber roof trusses use 40% less timber than a traditionally built roof and save both money and time. Design flexibility allows for more loft space and a variety of different coverings. All trusses are manufactured to BS5268 standards and use Mitek fixings.

Timber Frame

Whatever the size or shape of your project, we can design the right timber frame including exposed wood featuring or enclosed panels. The wood we use is only sourced from sustainable forests. Softwoods are European Redwood and Whitewood from Sweden and the Baltic states and Oak and Douglas Fir are used for the principle framework. Any external cladding is usually Cedar or Larch.

We are also committed to recycling and any waste is used for other wood products such as chipboard.

Our dedication means we can manufacture and supply 6 timber frame homes per week and build up to 900 roof trusses.

Canadian Flat Pack Eco Homes

We also now provide Canadian flat pack homes, which are very energy efficient and provide a cost effective solution made to the highest environmentally friendly standards.
