Ground Mounted Secondary Switchgear

Lucy Switchgear produces a range of products which are appropriate for different applications. The MCR (Multi Circuit Range) is suitable for indoor and outdoor situations and is designed for long life with little ongoing maintenance. The Sabre Ring Main Unit is fully weatherproof with the Trident FRMU range of oil insulated being one of the leading performers worldwide. Other products include the Scimitar SFRMU and HV metering units.

Switchgear Automation

The Gemini RTU-2 is designed for the control and monitoring of both ground and pole mounted Medium Voltage switchgear. The DC unit is stand alone and acts as a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) front end processor. Retrofit actuators can also be fitted to suit many applications.

Rural and Substation Disconnectors

The Rapier range covers double side break products, dropout fuse units and power connectors which all ensure a robust and durable solution for distribution networks.

Power Connectors

Lucy Switchgear can supply connectors up to 145kV and all products can work with circuit breakers, disconnectors, voltage transformers and sealing ends. The company also supplies busbars and insulators.

Low Voltage Distribution and Cut outs

The products in this range including the following: Trifca, fuse distribution, indoor LV, mini pillars and accessories. The cut-out product set includes pole mounted, ABC box, heavy duty and MSDV vertical busbar arrangement.
