Mezz-Rack Systems is a specialist supplier and installer of mezzanine floors, pallet racking and office partitions. Sourcing of racking and storage systems is achieved from a number of European and UK companies in order to provide a cost effective and an unbiased service. Products are bespoke and are installed and commissioned by experienced staff.

Racking Storage Systems:

Pallet Racking:

Pallet racking is manufactured to comply with all drive-in and racking requirements. Available to cater for heavy loads in both standard and wide aisle formats. A bespoke design and installation service is offered to tailor racking to specific building requirements. Shelves are manufactured in steel mesh or plate and chipboard. Incorporated design features can include extra bracing, column protectors, stillage supports, bridging bays for pedestrian and forklift truck access, and anti-collapse mesh backing panels.

Narrow Aisle Racking:

A racking system to allow for complete selectivity of products via specialist forklift trucks guided by either angled rail systems or wire guidance. The system can be designed to withstand heavy products whilst maximising existing floor space.

Drive-in Racking Storage Systems:

Often referred to as LIFO (Last in First Out) storage systems and commonly used within cold storage warehouses where products are shelved for long periods. Storage space is greatly increased as feed corridors are not a necessary design feature.

Mobile Racking:

Allows bulky items such as pallets, drums and boxes to be stored effectively with 95% warehouse floor usage. Racking is mounted on level tracks or rails and installed within the concrete warehouse floor. Racking units are motorised and move to allow the selection of stored items.

Cantilever Racking:

Ideal for the storage of long bulky items such as boards, girders, and tube section in dynamic or static format. Arm pitch can be adjusted depending on the stored product.

Dynamic Pallet Live Storage:

Suitable for high volumes of stock flow where stock needs to be replenished on a regular basis. The system utilises low maintenance roller shelves which allow products to be placed at one shelf end and dispatched from the opposite shelf end. Roller specification can be matched to the product being stored, whilst racking finishes can be tailored to withstand cold store environments.

Dynamic Carton Flow Live Storage Racking:

Provides efficient storage of small items such as boxes and enables order picking with ease and favoured by pharmaceutical and cosmetic wholesalers. Items are stored on pitched rollers and move freely as in Dynamic Pallet Live Storage systems. A combination of shelf end stops and drop out trays control item movements and either forklift or automated picking solutions can be incorporated.

Shelving:

A wide range of bespoke shelving solutions are available to suit industrial, office and document storage applications. Long Span Storax Systems offered are designed to maximise storage space with beam lengths of between 900mm and 2400mm and frame widths of between 300mm to 1200mm. Document storage capacity is likely to benefit from the usage of mobile storage units with the ability to move on rails. These mobile units can be bunched together to save floor space when access is not needed. The mobile units can also be locked to protect document confidentiality.

Mezzanine Flooring:

Enables the maximum utilisation of office, factory or retail floor spaces by creating an additional tier of floor space within high buildings. Installations are bespoke and can be installed with little disruption to business.

Industrial Partitions:

Thrislington Partition Systems can be supplied for factory environments to screen production facilities. The screen range is movable and can be relocated if required. Screens can be manufactured in solid steel, mesh or even glazed. Double skinned glazed and steel screens are also available to suit most environments.

Office Solutions:

KOMFORT Partition Systems can be supplied in solid or glazed format to cater for most office partitioning requirements. To compliment the Komfort range the KM3 Storagewall range is offered to provide high capacity storage solutions and be relocatable with ease. Integral blinds and sliding doors can be built-in to the design with a number of finishes including veneer and aluminum available. To compliment the office environment a selection of suspended ceilings and office furniture can be supplied from leading manufacturers.
