There may be cheaper options on the market, but the Three Counties Buildings solution has quality built in!

In addition our Customers can choose a range of service options. Namely:-

The ‘3CB Self Build’ option which is very popular for the smaller buildings and individuals with a practical inclination. Buildings such as steel sheds, metal sheds, steel garages any domestic/industrial use. Assembly is very straightforward with all structural members cut to length and drilled in all the right places. The building kit is supplied complete, right down to the last nut and bolt and since we provide, at no cost, a comprehensive build manual and groundwork/foundation drawings it is a great way to save on cost. We are also on the end of the phone if you experience any difficulties.

Alternatively we offer a ‘turn key’ National Construction and Project Management service using fully insured, certified and trained teams. This option is popular with industrial buildings for larger companies. Full CAD drawings, Full health and safety assurances, GANTT charts, Method statements everything your project needs. So you can rest assured that not only will your building be erected quickly but that during our time on site your staff will be entirely safe. Their scope of work can include the simple erection of the building but can also encompass all the ground-works and foundations to give you a full Turnkey project offering.
