Watts Street Furniture are the Uk’s leading manufacturer of cast Polyurethane Street Furniture. Based in Lydney in Gloucestershire, we specialise in the design and supply of LOW and ZERO maintenance bollards, post & rail systems and cycle racks. We provide a wide range of standard products from stock for delivery in just a few days and can replicate an existing design or manufacture a brand new style to your specification.
Why Bollards?
Bollards form the most important element in demarcating and protecting the pedestrian area. Whether it be traditional bollards with a Victorian theme or urban bollards to add security to your landscape, the Watts bollard range provides for all your key landscapes including; city, retail, warehouse and public spaces. By casting urethane over a steel core, we make exceptionally strong bollards that will not shatter on impact and are ideal for ram raid deterrence, protected parking and pedestrian walkways.
Why Polyurethane?
Urethane is the perfect material for urban products. It is strong, durable, lightweight and either low or totally maintenance free. Urethane cast bollards are non-ferrous so they will NEVER rust.
Our Products:
A large range of traditional bollard shapes cast in Ultrathane®, reinforced with a steel core and finished in a hard wearing polyester gloss paint.
- Streetwise Bollards
A range of urban bollards completely maintenance free. Reinforced with a steel core and manufactured from Terrathane® - a premium high impact polyurethane unique to Watts.
- Bikewise Cycle Racks
A range of cycle hoops in generic and distinct designs manufactured from Terrathane® and completely maintenance free or from Ultrathane® and finished with a polyester paint. All designs are bike friendly and will never scratch or mark a cycle parked in them.
- Impact-flex bollards
Manufactured exclusively by Watts using Terrathane® technology combine strength and flexibility. They are used primarily in areas where bollards are frequently hit at low speed, reducing impact damage to vehicles and minimising the need for bollard replacement. Impact-flex bollards will never require painting and require zero maintenance.
We manufacture a range of cast polyurethane Post and Rail systems including our ‘Inverness’ Harbour post which is designed to withstand the harshest of weather conditions. Selected bollards can also be adapted to accept rail. See the full range on our website.
