Our client is looking for a Senior Materials Technician until November and a Materials Technician until October. Reporting to the project manager you will be responsible implementing Constructional Services UKAS accredited systems on a contract to replace an aircraft hard standing at an RAF base in Shropshire. Work will include production testing of concrete aggregates; sub-base and fresh and hardened concrete testing as detailed in MOD Specification 33. The peak concrete production is expected to be 150m a day. Sampling and testing of other materials may be required.
