Updated Dulux Decorator Centres catalogue
Dulux Decorator Centres has launched its new catalogue which squeezes a whole store into one easy to use resource. The updated 164-page, A5 sized catalogue aims to make the lives of painters and decorators simpler.
The complimentary catalogue, which can be picked up in all centres, features over 2,000 products and includes details on Nectar, the online store finder tool and suppliers that Dulux Decorator Centres works with. It also contains a selection of useful features on wall coverings, colour and sustainability. The 2013 edition features a brand new Working at Height section and an easy to read symbol guide in the paints section, among other things.
The catalogue is a way to reach those who don’t usually shop in store and along with other means such as the website and iPhone app, all of the products are now at the shopper’s fingertips 24 seven.
The catalogue can be collected from any of the 191 Dulux Decorator Centres across the UK and is also available to order online. -
Q-railing’s new rectangular Easy Glass® glass adapter
Q-railing has launched a new rectangular glass adapter as part of its enhanced Easy Glass® range, alongside almost 200 new products at fixed prices.
A revamped catalogue, available online from 16 May 2013 and printed at the end of June 2013, will allow architects, metal and glass workers to work with Q-railing products more easily, as well as gain guidance on installation.
The catalogue uses QR codes, which link to detailed product pages and assembly videos, including an entire chapter devoted to the world-famous ‘d line’ railing brand – reintroduced for 2013.

The range consists of varied base shoes, glass clamps, glass adapters, u-profiles and accessories that integrate with one another. The Easy Glass® MOD 4762 glass adapter has a rigid linear design and is an alternative take on the popular Easy Glass® MOD 0760 glass adapter. -

As well as being re-designed for easier use on site, the updated guide contains the latest technical information for the company’s entire product range, including new innovations such as ACTIVair, a VOC (volatile organic compound) reducing ceiling range.

Stannah Midilift SLplus
Stannah has added to its family of platform lifts with a cabin platform lift that uses a hydraulic drive as an ideal, cost-effective choice for low-rise situations.
The NEW Stannah Midilift SLplus is a top-of-the-range version of the hydraulically driven part-enclosed Midilift SL, but with the addition of a full height cabin. No platform space has been lost as light rays and safety beams, around the entrance, protect the traveller without restricting the floor area.
The Midilift SLplus is easy to install in its own structure, needs a very minimal pit of 70mm for level entry or can be supplied with a ramp and requires headroom of just 2500mm. New zinc rainwater brochure from VMZINC
The 2013 VMZINC Rainwater Systems brochure provides detailed design and installation information on products for commercial and residential projects. It outlines the benefits of VMZINC’s unique pre-weathering process, choice of gutter profiles and accessories and how features such as concealed brackets are used to create a distinctive flowing gutter line. Systems are light in weight with downpipes having sleeve connections and self-locking brackets. All are fully recyclable, require minimal maintenance, have a design life which can exceed 50 years and are often less expensive than equivalent systems in aluminium.
