Real Wood Veneer Doors
JELD-WEN has launched a new range of real wood veneer doors. The new improved specification doors are offered in seven stunning finishes; Ash, White Oak, African Maple, Beech, Sapele, Koto and Eco-grade, all with a choice of three glazing options.
The new range is available as both FD30 and FD60 fire rated doors and also as the exclusive slimline FireGuard® door, which offers the same 30 minute fire protection, without the need to replace existing frames and linings. -
Dryzone System from Safeguard Europe
The new Dryzone System from Safeguard Europe offers a faster way to replaster after treating rising damp – in just 24 hours.
The Dryzone System permits ordinary plasterboard to be fixed directly to damp and salt contaminated walls, by using Dryshield cream and Drygrip adhesive. The Dryzone System is breathable and as effective as a sand:cement render. It also allows the use of cement-based plasters to be avoided when treating rising damp on heritage projects.

Easifloor slab for wet rooms
Easibathe announces the arrival of its long awaited Easifloor wet floor slab. This new addition to the Easibathe range of showering products will initially be available in three sizes and is very competitively priced. The Easifloor level access shower slab provides the ultimate solution in unrestricted level access showering and is ideal for creating wet rooms in both domestic and commercial properties. Easifloor is manufactured from compressed GRP slabs and can be cut to length. Each slab is extremely strong and has a 40 stone / 254 kg weight bearing limit. They are quick and easy to install on timber, concrete and floating floors.

TECTUS Hinge Range Extended
The latest addition to the award winning SIMONSWERK completely concealed TECTUS® hinge range, the TE 541 3D FVZ, allows for recessed frame facings up to 14mm with standard 4mm on the door side. This offset version for timber, steel and aluminium frames has a load capacity up to 100kg and as with all TECTUS hinges has three dimensional adjustments for perfect door alignment, presents flush fitting clean line design without visible frame, is maintenance free and has an opening angle up to 180°.
The TECTUS hinge range, specifically designed for unrebated residential and heavy-duty doors, is available in an unrivalled range of high quality surface finishes. 35kw WPF ground source heat pump
Leading heat pump manufacturer Stiebel Eltron has added to its high-performance WPF ground source range with a new MCS approved 35kw unit.
The WPF range is already proving popular on the UK market due to its energy efficiency and high COP – the performance of heating provided over energy used.
The brine/water WPF35 is a perfect ground source solution for larger domestic properties such as farms, barn conversions or flat developments, as well industrial and commercial properties.
Stiebel Eltron UK’s WPF range of single compressor units now includes ratings of 20, 27, 27HT, 35, 40, 52 and 66kW, offering a bespoke fit for every renewable project. Due to its space-saving design and robust casing, the WPF35 can also easily be stacked one on top of another, for twin-set systems.
The WPF35 also includes safety devices such as pressure switches and frost protection in addition to a scroll compressor and a high-grade steel plate heat exchanger.
Stiebel Eltron UK Managing director Mark McManus said that commercial projects which use the WPF35 will also potentially be able to claim back money through the government’s Renewable Heat Incentive.
