The team at SoftServ are specialists in construction software systems. SoftServ provides help and advice on a range of construction business applications giving you, the customer, a choice.

SoftServ is an authorised Business Partner for the EasyBuild system, able to supply, install, configure and provide training.

SoftServ is an accredited Sage and Eque2 Business Partner. Originally part of the Sage Construction team, there is no one outside Eque2 with more experience of their products. SoftServ’s customers include Sage & Eque2 Business Partners, providing construction services to their staff and their customers, and even to Eque2 & Sage UK Ltd themselves and their customers.

SoftServ management has over 40 years construction experience - of that over 20 in financial software. SoftServ is able to communicate and work with everyone from site to board level.

The majority of work undertaken is within London, the Home Counties and the South Coast, but the company also has customers located throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

SAGE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

Accounting software from Sage is widely used throughout the UK and is available in the following packages:

  • Sage 50 Accounts: Used by the majority of small businesses, this system is regularly updated and improved, can be adapted for numbers of companies and up to six users.
  • Sage 200 Financials and Commercials: Developed for use by medium to large companies with greater accounting and processing needs that run across large networks using SQL database. As standard, Sage 200 has advanced nominal/general ledger, stock control and sales and order processing. The choice from Financials and Commercials is up to 100 users and unlimited companies.
  • Sage 500 / 1000: This system is used widely throughout the world for enterprise level businesses and has a vast range of features.

SAGE PAYROLL & HR

  • Sage Payroll is used by all types of small and large businesses throughout the world; this popular system has all the essentials that are required for a highly effective and efficient payroll.
  • Sage HR has been developed for use with Sage Payroll and offers features including personal details, holiday records, absences, work patterns, skills, performance and training.

SAGE CRM and ACT

  • Sage 200 CRM uses industry-leading technology that encourages better business practices allowing the user to quickly analyse, manage and synchronise sales, marketing and customer care activities.
  • Sage ACT is a task management system that combines customer databases, calendars and task lists, allowing the user to maintain records of customer contact, scheduling reminders, appointments and meetings and product information, proposals and quotes.

SELECTION, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & IMPLEMENTATION

  • As Business Partners to EasyBuild, Eque2 and Sage, SoftServ is able to inform and guide you through the selection process then supply, install, configure, train and implement your system.

SAGE, EQUE2 & EASYBUILD TRAINING

  • Training is offered to customers; to Eque2, Sage and EasyBuild business Partners; and on behalf of Eque2, Sage and EasyBuild themselves. The training is tailor-made to individual requirements, to make the best use of the software investment and can be one-to-one, small groups and on-line. To follow business procedure, SoftServ can provide bespoke help notes and manuals. A range of standard help sheets are available.

SAGE REPORT WRITING and STATIONERY

SoftServ is able to write and install bespoke reports in Sage Report Writer or Excel. SoftServ can design stationery layouts in many styles with a company logo for purchase orders, subcontractor payment certificates, invoices and statements.
