Who are we?
The Construction Centre is headed by C.E.O. Richard Simmons who has a degree in Building from Aston University and was originally an ARICS Quantity Surveyor before moving into Property Development.
Joining forces with Carl Norton (Operations Manager), Richard Simmons formed a strong Internet team in 2000 which was responsible for the success of UK250 the leading UK consumer directory. This team later went on to develop Email4Property into one of the top UK property websites (it has since been acquired by Trinity Mirror plc who quickly identified it as best of breed in its sector).
The same team have also helped to develop The Renewable Energy Centre which is a leading resource for all things renewable.
The team considers itself second to none in producing effective results for the clients who choose to join us.
