Addaset tiger burning bright
Addagrip has recently been involved with a project at the entrance of Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse, NY in the US. The company’s approved contractor in the US, Chameleon Ways, laid the Addaset Resin Bound Paving System (in 6mm Chocolate Brown and 6mm Trent) over a newly-laid porous asphalt sub-base.
The installation at Rosamond Gifford Zoo is intended to imitate the coat of a Bengal Tiger. The custom design was digitally mapped out and transferred onto the porous asphalt base. The 3,000 square feet entrance into the zoo is permeable and any rain water will pass through the surface.
